"I was craving pizza and I found this amazing gem! WOW this was by far the best pizza I've had in Colombia and when I got to talk to the owners I knew why. Their dough is made fresh here and it's SOURDOUGH...I'm attaching a picture of it because it's so amazing how they care about the quality of their ingredients and food they are serving. Everything was so fresh on the pizza and it turns out that they make their pizza sauce in house with amazing care, they also make their pesto and sun dried tomatoes. They use olive oil and not cheap seed oils. Because they make everything fresh to order, it takes a while for the pizza to arrive...but they have books and games available for you to enjoy while you wait. I was bummed that I was leaving the next day, because I would have totally come back here. Also, I am gluten intolerant, so usually I get very bloated and uncomfortable when I eat something like a pizza...not after having this pizza through. There was no discomfort or bloating at all. Proof that they use high quality ingredients."
